1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Saniterm, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Saniterm is an AI-powered tool that helps users identify and redact sensitive information from terminal output before sharing. The service is provided "as is" and is intended as an aid, not a guarantee of complete security.

3. Free Online Service

The free online version of Saniterm allows you to:

• Use all features of the application
• Analyze unlimited terminal output
• Export redacted content in various formats

You must provide your own API key for the AI provider. We do not provide API credits.

4. Commercial License

The commercial license ($299) grants you:

• Full source code access
• Right to self-host on your own infrastructure
• Unlimited users within your organization
• Email support
• Commercial use rights

The license is perpetual and per-company. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the source code.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Reviewing all detections before sharing redacted output
• Ensuring sensitive information is properly redacted
• Securing your own API keys
• Complying with the terms of your AI provider
• Not using the service for illegal purposes

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Saniterm is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• All sensitive information will be detected
• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The AI analysis will be 100% accurate

Always manually review redacted output before sharing. The service is an aid, not a replacement for careful review.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softure UG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any unauthorized access to your data
• Failure to detect sensitive information
• Any third-party conduct on the service

8. Intellectual Property

The Saniterm application, including its design, features, and code, is owned by Softure UG. The free online service grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the application. Full source code is only available with a commercial license.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
